We were hoping for a little rain and cooler weather, we got both. Monday’s rain was more than we expected and our rivers rose to early June levels. Fishing on Monday and Tuesday was a challange but we did manage to land a fair number of nice fish. By the end of the week fishing was back to normal. Great water conditions and perfect temperatures should keep us in great shape for another few weeks.
The Hot fly’s this week were mostly long and medium lenght tube fly’s. The water was a bit high and dirty for dry’s but we did manage to take a few good ones none the less.
